100% corn-fed and free range baby chicken. Marinated with thyme, chilli, rosemary, lemon & garlic and then vacuum sealed for freshness. 

Delivered with polenta as the side dish and serves one.


Corn fed, free range baby chicken, flour (wheat, gluten), butter (milk), onions, mustard, chilli, garlic, rosemary, white wine (contains sulphites)


Polenta (gluten), parmesan cheese, butter, cream (milk)

(You can freeze this dish at home but allow it to fully defrost before you cook it)

To heat in an oven – preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Cut open the vacuum bag containing your marinated baby chicken. The meat is packaged with the herbs so take care when unpacking. Place the chicken into an oven proof dish and cook at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. After this time lower the oven to 180 degrees and check. Depending on your oven it will take a further 15-25 minutes. We recommend checking quite regularly to see how crispy you like it. 

The polenta can be grilled, fried, or cooked in the oven. We put ours in a small dish in the oven for 10 minutes
