Handmade lasagna with our fresh pasta made with organic eggs and Italian '00' flour. One portion will feed two (approximately 1kg).
We now blast freeze these as soon as they are made so that they arrive freshly frozen to you.
You can choose to keep frozen, cook from frozen or defrost in the fridge to cook from chilled.


INGREDIENTS / ALLERGENS
Fresh pasta sheets (Egg, flour), Bechamel (Milk, butter), pork, beef, tomato, onion, garlic, basil, carrots, celery, parmesan (milk)

to cook from chilled
(leave to defrost in your fridge overnight)
The Il Portico lasagna is ready to cook in recyclable and oven proof packaging.
Simply preheat your oven to 180C. Makes some holes in the film lid and place in middle of oven for 30 minutes.
At this point check on the lasagne.
Remove the film lid and place the lasagne back into the oven for a further 10 minutes to get nice and crispy on top.
Ensure lasagne is piping hot and wait 2 minutes before serving. ENJOY!

to cook from frozen
Simply preheat your oven to 180C. Makes some holes in the film lid and place in middle of oven for 45 minutes.
At this point check on the lasagne.
Remove the film lid and place the lasagne back into the oven for a further 15 minutes.
