Aubergines, olives, red onion, pine nuts, tomato, celery, shallots, capers, vinegar (contains sulphates)
To prepare from chilled
Simply heat through in a pan or microwave (pan is best for flavour).
Sprinkle with your parmesan and serve as it is or with some warm bread.
If you ordered your caponata with a burrata then simply drain the cheese and sever on top of the warm caponata.
